By submitting your document for processing you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms:

1. editin.com will respect the confidentiality of users' (consumer) documents. However, we cannot guarantee confidentiality for documents delivered to or from us by e-mail.
2. editin.com's service does not include fact checking.
3. editin.com will do its best to complete orders within the time specified, at the price agreed and to a high standard. However, we will not be liable for any loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from delays, unforeseen costs or textual errors within documents on which we have worked.
4. editin.com's services may only be used for lawful purposes. Any use of these services which violates any local, state, federal, or international laws which may apply to editin.com consumer's local jurisdiction, or any jurisdiction to which consumer or consumer's site may be subject to, is strictly prohibited.

7. editin.com reserves the right to change or discontinue the document editing services at any time with or without notice to you. editin.com shall be in no way liable for any damage which result from our decisions regarding continuing, changing, or discontinuing this service.
8. editin.com makes no warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied, for the services offered. No advice or information given by editin.com or its agents or employees shall create a warranty.
9. Consumer is solely responsible to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, and other information provided through editin.com.The consumer accepts liability for any errors within a document.
10. Consumer agrees to supply editin.com with a current and truthful name, e-mail address (including alternative e-mail address), postal address, telephone and Fax numbers for our records and consumer has a continued obligation to keep this information current.
11. Consumer agrees to supply appropriate, timely payment in Indian Rupees or US funds or any other currency acceptable to editin.com for the services received from editin.com.
12. Payment is due within the number of days as stipulated by editin.com.
13. editin.com reserves the right to assess an additional 18% per annum (1.5% per month) penalty plus administrative fees to be determined by editin.com for payments over due amount from consumer.
14. Consumer agrees to be responsible and liable for all fees, including but not limited to attorneys' fees, court costs, and collection fees, that editin.com may incur in its efforts to collect any remaining balances from consumer or from consumer's organization or company. Billing problems or discrepancies must be stated in writing within 30 days of invoice date; otherwise, the right to dispute such problems or discrepancies is waived.
15. editin.com reserves the right to reject projects of any consumer whose payment is in arrears or to discontinue any service to such consumer, without notice of any reason at any time at the sole discretion of editin.com.
16. Every consumer must pay the total amount as indicated in the invoice by editin.com before the work is completed and ready for delivery.
17. editin.com reserves the right to change the fee structure or billing methods at any time.
18. All works entrusted to and performed by editin.com are proprietary and copyrighted until payment is received in full.
19. In settling the invoice, consumers are deemed to have checked and be entirely satisfied with the text of the completed order.
20. In no event will editin.com be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this web site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if editin.com, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.
21. This agreement supersedes any written, electronic, or oral communication consumer may have had with editin.com or any agent or representative thereof, and constitutes the complete and total agreement between the parties.
22. Consumer agrees that usage of editin.com services and consequent usage of completed works by editin.com in no way guarantees the result that consumer expects.
23. Hyper links from and to other web sites are at your own risk; the content, accuracy, opinions expressed, and other links provided by these resources are not investigated, verified, monitored, or endorsed by editin.com.
24. All companies mentioned in editin.com's web site, including links to other sites, are not necessarily endorsed in any way by editin.com. All respective trademarks, logos, and domains of the followed links are the exclusive property of their respective companies and/or domain owners.
25. By providing editin.com with text, photographs, graphics or any other information, consumer declares that he/she is authorized to use any and all information provided for the purposes of any service offered by editin.com. editin.com, its owners, officers, directors, consultants, administrators, and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of editin.com's services.
26. Although all of editin.com's servers or the host servers are backed up every 24 hours, editin.com does not guarantee, nor warrant the reliability of the servers, nor the data recovery of consumer's materials. consumer acknowledges that editin.com may remove any materials from the servers at anytime, for any reason, without notice.
27. By using and/or ordering any services of editin.com's, consumer is stating and acknowledging that consumer has read the aforementioned terms and conditions and that consumer understands such terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
28. Consumer expressly agrees that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with editin.com resides in the courts of the Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India and consumer further agrees and expressly consents to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the designated courts as aforementioned in connection with any such dispute, including any claim involving editin.com, its officers, and directors.
29. The copyright in the editin.com site design, structure, graphics, software compilation, source codes and all other material contained in this web site are copyright Austin Exim Private Limited and its affiliates and content providers.
